At Tipiercing, every piece of jewelry is made from implant-grade titanium and sterilized for your safety. 
We take the same care with shipping — getting your order to you reliably, safely, and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

During high-volume periods (new collection drops, holiday sales), processing may take up to 3 business days. 
We'll always post a notice on the site banner if delays are expected.

Why the short wait? Every piece is individually autoclave-sterilized and sealed in medical-grade packaging after you order. 

This extra step ensures your jewelry arrives ready to wear — even for healing piercings and sensitive skin.

All delivery times are estimates from the ship date, not the order date.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your label is created.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tipiercing cannot predict or control these fees. Please check your country's import policies before ordering.

International packages are shipped via Standard Express(free shipp,about 5-12 work days) and Urgent Express(Additional shipping fee required,5-8work days), 
depending on the delivery speed. We provide logistics tracking services for every order.


Order Tracking & Changes
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you need to change or correct your shipping address, contact us [insert email] within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order goods are shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Tipiercing is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

Check with neighbors, building managers, and any secure package areas.

Wait 48 hours — logistics company occasionally marks packages as delivered before the actual drop-off.

Contact us at [insert email] if the package still hasn't appeared after 48 hours. We'll open a missing mail inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

For packages lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ days domestically or 21+ days internationally), we will reship your order at no additional cost once the carrier confirms the package as lost.

Tipiercing is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.

Packaging & Sustainability
Your order ships in a compact, recyclable mailer. The jewelry itself is sealed in a medical-grade sterilization pouch inside a Tipiercing-branded box — safe, clean, and ready to wear.
