Return Policy
We really stand behind our jewelry — like, truly. We want you to be happy with it, and honestly, we hope you'll stick with us for years to come.

If you're not 100% happy with your Tipiercing purchase, just send it back within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund, no hard feelings.
But Items do need to come back in brand-new shape — clean and free of any skin debris, just like the day they were shipped.
If you tried on earrings, a quick wipe with some alcohol before sending them back would be super helpful.

Sometimes we might not be able to accept a return if a piece looks like it's been worn or got damaged in a way that wasn't our mistake. 
We'll always be fair and reasonable — promise. But on really rare occasions, if we feel someone's kind of bending the rules a little too far, 
we might have to gently decline. Nothing personal.

Exclusions
One thing we can't work around: custom-engraved items aren't eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.


Return Information

If you placed your order within the last 30 days and everything is still unworn and in like-new condition, you're all set to return it for a refund.
Just a heads-up: expedited shipping fees aren't something we can refund.

Once your package gets to our store, it goes into our processing queue. It can take around 7–10 business days for your return or exchange to get sorted, so hang tight.

International friends: we aren't able to cover return shipping from outside the country. If you've got worries or just wanna talk through a return, please contact us and 
we'll figure it out together.

Exchanges
If it's been less than 90 days since you ordered and the item looks just as fresh as when it arrived — no wear, no damage — you're welcome to exchange it. 
Shipping costs still aren't refundable, just so you know.

If you're unsure about anything exchange-related, just give us a shout. We honestly love helping out.

Refunds

As long as your items aren't marked "final sale," are unworn, and make it back to us within 30 days, we'll get a refund going. The money goes back to your 
original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. Might take a little extra time to actually show up on your statement, so no worries if it's not instant.

If you've talked to your bank and still don't see your refund, please get in touch with us directly. We'll make it right.
